Summer Rental in Swiss Meadows (June 1-Sept 30) - fantastic 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom classic family ski chalet with lovely views. 2 minute drive to the top of Blue Mountain and a 10 minute drive to the bottom of Blue Mountain for all the Village has to offer. Beaches, golf courses, hiking and biking trails all nearby. Upstairs, the reverse plan home has the primary bedroom (Queen bed) on the same level as the open living, dining and kitchen areas. Complete with a games table, this spacious room has large windows as well as a sliding door providing access to the BBQ and seating area. The living room has both a wood burning fireplace and a cozy seating area to help you relax while watching movies on the smart TV. A brightly sunlit lofted bedroom (Queen bed) is perched above an efficient office area, and a second desk in the primary bedroom enables an ideal work-from-home situation for more than one. The third and fourth bedrooms are on the main floor, as is the laundry and a large boot/mud room entryway. One of the main floor bedrooms has single over double bunk beds, while the other has a Queen bed as well as a single over single bunk bed. There is interior garage access, providing handy, dry and warm access on inclement weather days. The backyard boasts a large firepit for the whole family to enjoy. Utilities, internet and cleaning are in addition to rent. Rental application and references required, as well as tenant liability insurance. Pets will be considered. Listed monthly price is plus utilities, June 1 - September 30. Shorter term may be available.
